Lowtide was created from a brief to build a brand from a personal memory. Inspired by hunting for sea glass on the beach with my family, it reflects a sentimental experience of anticipation and reward. Embracing the slow, unique journey of the glass and of the consumer to create a premium brand which allows new memories to be made.
A brand creation that brings kippers, a bygone of British supermarket food, back into the limelight again. Kip reclaims kippers as a bold wake-up ritual by embracing their strong aroma and punchy taste as the perfect start to the day. Transforming smoked fish into the lifestyle wellness space for a new generation.
A sustainability-driven spirits brand developed in response to a brief from an emerging distillery that reimagines discarded bread and patisseries as premium alcoholic beverages. Founded on the idea of transformation, the brand captures the moment when waste ascends into its second life, rising again.
"May spent her two weeks interning, focusing on bringing three concepts to life for a family-run cider business called Orcheton. She developed creative ideas and explored how these can come to life on pack and in the real world. These broad routes spanned more traditional design to luxury illustration, ensuring she had explored all avenues. This was then shared with the client, and their favourite route will be developed into their new brand."
